On Saturday 4th July 1.30 – 3.30, I'll be at King Henry's Walk Garden, N1

PRINT MAKING IN THE GARDEN

There is no better way to enjoy and observe nature than by drawing it. Using plants from the garden, learn how to make monoprints that explore where drawing and printmaking come together.  We will get out into the garden and use the plants to draw and print from, exploring mark-making, line and shape. All materials provided, bring an apron or old t-shirt.

£10

A very exciting day in the studio yesterday, exploring drypoint on acrylic, using sandpaper to create marks as well as traditional drypoint techniques. Then lots of experiments with colour and a la poupee method, where you can ink the same plate in multiple colours. That's it for our courses for the Summer now- next ones coming up from September. Please see our Courses page for more details. Course details are here
